Choosing circuit breakers & isolators
Breakers must be selected by a qualified electrician to suit the circuit's cable size and load. The key choices are the number of poles, the current rating and the breaking capacity (kA). Check that the breaker suits the DIN rail and board it will be fitted to. Isolators allow a circuit or appliance to be safely disconnected for maintenance.
