LED Filament Lamps

Filament lamps are designed to be seen, so the shape and glass finish matter as much as the output. Clear glass shows the filament and gives sparkle. Amber glass adds a warm, vintage tone, and frosted glass softens glare. For exposed-bulb pendants, larger globe and vintage shapes make the strongest statement. Check the base (E27, B22 or E14) against the fitting, and choose a warm colour temperature (2200–2700K) for an incandescent-like glow. Not all filament lamps are dimmable, so check the product page if the lamp will run on a dimmer. Compare lumen figures, as decorative lamps often trade some light output for appearance.
